Co-Aided Business Solution and Skill Development

Abstract

The paper presents the website of the development of Co-Aided Business Solution & Skill Development. Co-Aided business solution project aims to develop for reduce the unemployment rate, and poverty and increase the MSME profit to create a large company. This helps to skill the people who do not work properly and are not more educated. It also helps educated people find a job and use the platform to learn practical knowledge about the job-preferred domain. The project role of the entire process in MSME that to provide specific guidance, and skilled worker and merge the MSME companies when we provide a project by the government based on profit, skill, machinery, and knowledge of their specific work. It is also helping the manufacturing sector to grow up. Entire the process of the project reduces the cost of infrastructure and other areas. Our country\'s economy has also booted up and increased a lot of jobs.

Introduction

I. INTRODUCTION

Today India so many startups and businesses are closed due to low market knowledge, less skilled employees, and not making specific decisions/suggestions due to any problem so we find the problem and try to overcome the problem through the project. This project of Co-Aided Business Solution helps to improve and reduce business risks like financial, unskilled employees, minimum knowledge about business and supply chain.

This project provides a platform where all small business or large business owners find a skilled employee and guidance about any problem in growing their business. The manufacturing sector in India faces critical, therefore many fewer manufacturing MSMEs in India, this project helps to complete the make-in-India dream to increase the manufacturing industries.

So, we are also starting/adding a new type of enterprise to add MSME to categories and provide clarity between enterprises.

It also reduces the complexity of communicating with the government and easily provides loans or any other thing if it improves the business mechanism. This website creates a work team that participates a lot of knowledge and experience about the business and their risk to how to reduce it and also provides a work team where it helps an unskilled person to learn practical knowledge about business or factories work and this skill employee provide or direct entry in small or large businesses so this type, we are reducing the time spent on learning business work by the company.

A. What is MSME?

It is small, medium, and micro enterprises to work in India to provide employment and participate in India's economy.

This website can also merge with two or many small MSMEs or help to work with a large company in a project to find the work experience for on large project. It also helps to give a chance to work under a large company with a small business in a small area where there are established factories.

Our application helps to provide a government project when if comfortable a lot of knowledge about how to work with two different companies in a project, then we are providing a project to the government to increase our company income or valuation.

Its website also trends our employees to help to sometimes work problem solutions and also provide guidance. In this whole process, a lot of jobs are generated unemployment and poverty are reduced, and also increase the economy of our country.

II. LITERATURE REVIEW

All the related works that have been done by other researchers we are studying the research and giving our opinion in front of you on "how to improve business, people, and our country conditions." This research is based on the Chinese development program in 1978, Singapura reformed our country's condition and it is also based on the 1991 Indian economy improved on decision privatization, globalization, and liberalization based on the Chin method. Now the Chinese become a 17teen trillion-dollar economy and also India become the 5th largest economy.  The programs are good but that is the problem, they also help the business but do not provide guidance or suggestions and if they hire anybody, they pay a large amount of money and also provide a job in our business it is very costly, and who started the business he is also less knowledge about a specific domain so we are first skill the people and also provide a guidance. These skilled people work in the manufacturing and services sector to fulfill the dream of Make in India.  So, all the processes are completed by any specific location and particular company so we are making an application that is a web and android application which used by users or companies to contact easily.

III. TECHNOLOGIES USED

That project has been made in web and android application but we are currently showing you only our website. We are using different types of technology use in who is the following:

A. Hardware

First, we have a CPU, PC, and laptop which is a minimum of 8GB RAM and 120GB ROM that is used for loading specific required tools to generate a result.

B. Software

We use software and different methods to design a web application for this particular website some tools are used like Visual Studio code, mongoose, and language.

C. MERN Technology

It is used to design a website write some code communicate with the network and store in the database to further data.

D. Blockchain 

It is used to secure the document where all MSME contracts are signed with other companies or other MSMEs to merge or participate in each. It is very sensitive information so we use blockchain technology to protect it because it only shows who participates in the document not others. It is also used to provide the government project to protect the deal and protect the MSME deal files.

This diagram shows all the motives and objectives of the project. We are showing the figure to clarify how to work in which direction and what our main aim is to complete this project.

V. PROPOSED MODEL

The proposed model named, "Co-Aided Business Solution & Skill Development" is designed to develop the MSME business area, reduce the risk of failure of a business, provide financial help to the government and banks to easily and also improve the people's financial condition and increase the lots of jobs. If our business grows and people's economy strong then our country become strong. If our manufacturing sector increases then all the defense and airplane parts and engines will be produced on a large scale to fulfill the Make in India program dream.   

VI. DATA

According to the government data approx. 40% of people have no technical knowledge and no business or factory knowledge and approx. 30% of people know about it but not enough and not skilled. According to Google total registered MSMEs are 6.3 crore, and approx. 7,000 MSMEs closed per year. But in 2022-23 total 10,000 of MSMEs closed in this financial year according to relished Parliament data in Raj Sabha. We are providing some data that have been taken from the annual report of 2022-23 by MSME ministries.

VII. BENEFITS

If we apply the project in the market through government support then see the number of benefits through the project which are the following:

1. Start a lot of MSME business Ideas and Models.
2. Increase the number of large companies.
3.  Reduce business risk.
4. Improve the quality of product through the guidance.
5. Reduce poverty.
6. Increase the number of job vacancies.
7. Improve the people's monthly earnings.
8. The country's economy is strong.
9. Increase the number of MSMEs in each state.
10. Increase the manufacturing sector.

VIII. FUTURE SCOPE

In the future, we will be increasing the function according to the change in the business environment such as population and row material reduction so we are suggesting some point in future development of our project.

1. Increase row materials
2. Global level of increase in our project
3. Provide sufficient funds due to demand by the companies to solve financial problems
4. Increasing the number of our employees helps to guide those who do have not enough money to hire an employee.
5. Improve the number of skilled labor.
6. Make a smart country
7. Improve teamwork performance.
8. Help in government work.
9. Number of projects produced.
10. Max micro enterprises convert into small enterprises and small convert into medium.

Conclusion

The entire project\'s motive is to reduce the failure of startups, reduce closed MSME numbers, and improve the skills and knowledge of the employees because the lack of skilled labor is the main problem of today\'s business industries. Therefore, we want to make the project belong to the real-world problem. And also reduces job problems minimizes the rate of unemployment and provides a better life to the employee and future. If our business and people\'s wealth condition are good our country\'s growth rate is high and makes an economic condition strong. It also introduces a new type of enterprise which is a small micro-enterprise, and at that level, we introduce and learn the improvement of the quality of material and how to work with another enterprise and resource sharing.
