Abstract

While digital Gram panchayat monitoring your security system, there are a lot of factors to take into account. It is the duty of every village to accurately record the details of every villager. Every village uses the same system, and at the end of the year, they all submit a finalized unit record file of villagers. The administrator can show the information if there are plans or possibilities for farmers. The administrator has access to this Web application. The administrator has complete control over the user\'s information, forms, and profile on the system

Introduction

I. INTRODUCTION

The "Digital Gram Panchayat" project aims to address issues including inconsistent and unclear procedures, as well as delayed processes caused by human labor. A web-based form filling system that effectively manages village information is suggested as a way to prevent this. It aims to provide quick access to procedures-related tasks and guarantee the preservation of the villagers' personal information. It should be possible for users to upload their data while logging in. This project's primary feature is its one-time registration capability. The administrator reviews the forms that users submit. User receives status updates from the admin. They are able to filter the villager profile based on what they need. The form of the comment.

II. LITERATURE SURVEY

The terms "E-Governance," "Government-citizen relationships," and "E-Government" are found in the paper [1].The purpose of the suggested system, according to the author, is to reduce the needless workload of government employees while simultaneously benefiting those who use government services. Use case graphics using the proposed system are also provided to assist locals.

Conclusion

We have developed the software for farmers, as use of internet is increasing day by day. This is important for the people in village to apply certification online. Our main aims to build this software is to saves the time and employment of farmer. This web base application will not only helpful to the local Government but also to the villager of that village, it will bring transparency, efficiency in administration. Document and their related record will be available on this application. It helps to make administration more accountable as well as more transparent, above survey and proposed system will help Gram panchayat system to work efficiently. This system provides User ID and password for the admin. This will help to minimize corruption in the system, also save effort and time of common man and government officer.
