Doctor information system is an android based application. This application provides a registration and login of patients. The patients must be registered and log in to view doctors based on category of doctor and type of problem patient is facing. The search results will show the list of doctors matching patients required criteria and patients can select a doctor and can call for appointment with the doctors. This application is location- based application in which details of doctors will be shown location wise and also include map facility. For- example if current patient’s location is Nashik, then list of all Nashik doctors will be shown depending on the type. This application also contains admin panel which will help developer to add profiles of new doctors from the app.

Health issue has now become a major problem Therefore it is necessary to understand how to solve health related problems. As of today Patient might be confused which is the right doctor for them. There fore We have made medical services app which is android based application. In this application we have added profiles of different kinds of doctor with their name, age, phone no, experience, location, and other information. Information will be made available according to the location of patients and thereby it will be easy for patient to book appointments with doctors. The patient should keep GPS on so that app will be able to find nearby doctors according to the location of user/patient. This application also contain search facility which allows user/patients to search information of available doctors. This Application contains admin panel which helps to add information of new available doctors and maintain the information of doctors. This application also maintain details of patients and follows two step verification process at the start of the application. Medical Services is an android application which allows patients to freely access doctor’s profiles and also has the option of blood bank. It basically contains details of doctors and hospitals and information is made available depending upon the location of patients/user. This application has map facility which allows patients to reach doctors within less time. It also contains Admin Panel which helps developer of this application to add details of new doctors within from app itself.
This application provides various details of doctors such as their name, age, experience, phone no, specialization which allow patients/user to choose doctor and solve health related problems. The patient should keep GPS on so that app will be able to find nearby doctors according to the location of user/patient.

First Patient will search for doctor in the android app and will select nearby doctor from the available list according to the problem of patient. The information of doctor will be stored in the database and from the database; the information would have to make available to the entire patient. The information of doctor such as name, qualification, clinic location, experience, contact info, etc. will be stored in the database. Patient will just search this information according to disease and accordingly will take appointments.
II. LITERATURE REVIEW

Normally when we want to make an appointment with the hospital staff, it becomes really tedious and time consuming. Over the past considerable amount of work have been done by using software Agents in areas like m-commerce, e-commerce, telemedicine etc. Agent based systems have also been developed for the hospital service, for searching and fixing appointment over mobile phones which gives a direct reply when the appointment is made or the next available date(s) or cancelled.
However, no facility like priority appointment of patients has been developed. Also the appointment does not take into consideration emergency situations like Accidents and so on and the scheduling reported is only for general patient appointment only. Taking these important aspects into consideration, we here have developed an intelligent agent based system towards negotiating and collaborating with the agents of doctors and the hospital for the appropriaten appointment time for the patient which would take the above factors into consideration.
In addition the meetings of the junior staff like the duty doctor and nurse with the chief doctor regarding patients would also carried out again while taking into consideration the medical condition of the patient admitted and so on. These agents developed would function based on fuzzy preference rules, to make a proper decision regarding making an appointment for patient and other hospital staff , which is very unique and first of its kind. The system validated uses ANDROID 2.2 and JADE-LEAP, for providing a robust,user friendly solution for the patient and doctor

The current standard operating procedure in healthcare environment for patient registration and appointment scheduling are time consuming and somehow tiresome. Normally, we see patients coming to the hospital and filling out registration forms and waiting to be called or patient calls in for getting appointment and waits for the response for an agreed date. In some places appointment can be done online via web but still patient has to walk in with the appointment card to be swiped by the front desk personnel before being sent to the concerned doctor. In view of these problems, many techniques like online patient registration and scheduling appointment, etc., have been suggested to improve the work flow and thereby smoothen the waiting time. However, these systems still possess some drawbacks like facilities towards
III. PROPOSED METHODLOGY OF SOLVING IDENTIFICATION PROBLEM
We implement Medical Services System, which can run on any mobile. Our Application contains admin Panel, which helps to add and maintain information of doctors. Details of nearby doctors according to the location of patients.
The proposed System is to create an android app so that doctors are available within required time. Initially by observing, the doctor details with qualification and working the patient can take appointment. Using this system the patient will not need to rush here and there in search of doctor. The purpose of this system is to update relevant information regarding the doctor. So that when it is need for any others, they can view doctor where it can be access through the system.

The service provided by the proposed system is needed and valuable to health sector where the patients can find the doctor related to their health issues. The proposed System is helping us to reduce human search efforts. The doctor’s directory system through mobile devices is a very effective tool, which can be used to a great extent. The system is portable and can be easily installed and used on any mobile phones supporting Android OS. The use of this system can result in a reduction of number of hours spent in searching for doctors and contacting them at the time of need. It also provides an interface, which is easy to understand by the users and greatly helps in adapting to the use of this system. We have proposed an efficient and reliable application for doctor information.
The service provided by the proposed system is needed and valuable to health sector where the patients can find the doctor related to their health issues.
