Each driving instructor will have a detailed profile, enabling users to make informed decisions by considering qualifications, experience, and teaching style. Real-time reviews and ratings from past learners contribute valuable insights to guide prospective students. The portal incorporates a cost- comparison tool to empower users in evaluating fees across di?erent driving schools and instructors, ensuring transparency and budget-conscious decision-making. Scheduling convenience is enhanced through integrated features that allow users to input preferred time slots, eliminating the need for manual inquiries.

Each driving instructor will have a detailed profile showcasing qualifications, experience, and teaching style. Users who have completed their training can contribute reviews and ratings, providing valuable insights for prospective learners. The portal will feature a cost-comparison tool, empowering users to compare the fees of different driving schools and instructors. This transparency ensures that learners can make informed decisions based on their budget constraints. Integrated scheduling capabilities will address the challenge of suitable timings. Users can input their preferred time slots, and the portal will present a list of available instructors, eliminating the need for manual inquiries.

 IV. PROPOSED SYSTEM

The Driving School Tracker Portal serves as a comprehensive platform designed to facilitate the registration of all driving school owners. Once registered, these owners can utilize the portal to present a detailed showcase of their respective institutions. This showcase includes crucial information such as facilities available, profiles of instructors, training schedules, and the fee structure.

For potential learners, the portal offers a user-friendly search feature that enables them to find suitable training schools based on their specific priorities. This could include considerations such as preferred training timings, the geographical area of the school, and the associated fees. The goal is to simplify the process of selecting a driving school that aligns with the individual preferences of prospective learners.

To engage with the services offered by a particular school, users are required to complete a registration process on the portal. This registration not only facilitates the admission process but also serves as a gateway for users to access and benefit from the various services provided by the chosen driving school.

The User login will have the options for registering a new user or for an already existing user to login to his/her previously made account. So the existing user will have to enter their Username in the space given and type in the password for their account to access the services. It also has the option of “Forgot Password” which upon clicking will send a mail on the registered mail id regarding the retrieval or changing of password.

The Admin Login is accessed by the administrator of the application in order to make changes in the database and configuration of users and systems. Admin has privileges to authorized any user by his/her uploaded documents once verified. Thereafter user can start learning.

VI. FUTURE SCOPE

The portal not only furnishes information about various driving schools and the services they offer but also envisions expanding its functionality in the future. One prospective enhancement involves incorporating an online servicing request feature for vehicles, streamlining the process for users to schedule and avail maintenance services conveniently through the portal. Furthermore, as a gesture of added value, the portal aims to extend special discounts to individuals undergoing training with the featured driving schools. In a forward-looking approach, the portal contemplates introducing a feature for selling old vehicles. This addition serves as a comprehensive solution, allowing users to not only find driving schools but also facilitating the buying and selling of vehicles in one centralized platform. This expansion aligns with the portal's commitment to providing a holistic experience for individuals involved in the realm of driving, encompassing both education and practical vehicle-related services. In essence, the portal strives to evolve into a multifaceted platform that caters to the diverse needs of individuals interested in driving. By integrating features such as online servicing requests, discounts, and a marketplace for old vehicles, the portal aims to become a one-stop destination for all things related to driving education and vehicle ownership.
